I work collaboratively, ask questions early, and keep the learner’s actual work in view. AI can extend a production team, but it doesn’t replace the responsibility to design well.
Understand
Clarify the audience, performance need, constraints, and success measures.
Design
Choose the clearest format and create a workable structure.
Build
Develop, test, revise, and refine in partnership with stakeholders.
Improve
Use feedback and evidence to make the result more effective.
